In addition to direct clinical work, she has held leadership roles in program management, staff supervision, utilization review, and the development of innovative school-based and community programs.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has been recognized for her collaborative, strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and applied behavior analysis. She is committed to empowering clients and families, improving access to resources, and fostering resilience across the lifespan.

My approach to therapy

In her work through Headway Jennifer develops adolescent, young adult, individual and couple’s self-awareness, communication skills, and coping strategies with the goal of behavior change. She educates and empowers parents to generalize therapeutic gains to the home, school, and work settings.
