Great to meet you!

My journey into therapy started right here in our local schools, working in student intervention. That experience showed me firsthand how deeply we all need a safe space to be heard. Today, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a master’s degree in psychology from UMASS Global, I bring that same dedication to my private practice. Whether you are a parent navigating a difficult divorce, a veteran adjusting to civilian life, or someone who simply feels stuck and wants to improve your daily routine, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

As a LMFT, I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership. In our sessions we will work together to make sense of the overwhelming noise and build practical, real-world tools that fit your life. My approach is warm, active and tailored to you, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness to support your healing.

What you can expect from me

The goal of our initial meeting is simply to understand the problem so we can set future, attainable goals to work toward. We will spend time talking, covering informed consent, and answering any questions you have so you feel completely comfortable moving forward.
