Great to meet you!

I am 12 years into my journey as a therapist and continue to feel honored every time someone invites me to walk with them on their path. Every person seeks out therapy for a different reason and I look forward to each opportunity to listen, to learn, and to grow together. Change is possible, it starts with one small "stone".

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach choosing concepts from different therapeutic modalities that are best suited for each individual person and concern. I believe that building strong therapeutic relationships is the foundation to creating a safe space to do the work of therapy. When I am not working, I enjoy time with my family on our small hobby farm.

What you can expect from our first session

Each session we spend together may have a different focus but my intention is for you to feel heard and understood every time we meet.
