Jennifer Bregande

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience treating individual clients and their families who are suffering from a range of mental health issues. I have extensive experience working with traumatic experience, depression, anxiety and episodic and chronic mental health issues. I work with clients dealing with divorce, parenting issues, betrayal, grief, life stress, burnout and life transitions that can cause disruption in functioning or well being.

My approach to therapy is humanistic, strength-based, narrative and contextual. I have extensive training in understanding how relational issues with others impacts health and well being and incorporate this perspective into my work with individuals, couples and families who seek my help. Together, I will work with you to understand how you narrate your life experiences, relationships and past and present influences so that your life can be lived consciously, with intention.

I can offer my clients space for compassionate listening and support with processing life events. I provide practical guidance for finding solutions and improving functioning in their lives and relationships.
