Great to meet you!

Hello! My own life path has guided my interest in this work, and has only been more enhanced by immersion working with those impacted in similar ways. I have worked in many situations and settings, thriving now in the independence and flexibility of private practice. My lens is naturally trauma-informed, and my language can pull from DBT and EMDR. I would be considered narrative, relational, and humanistic.

My approach to therapy

I aim to cultivate a therapy relationship that merges lived, desired, and present experiences with a long-developed capacity for understanding trauma. Clinicians are all unique. For me, it is an honor to support others living fully integrated lives as a temporary human diary. I am the proud witness of laughter, tears, triumphs, and perhaps (too many, these days) puzzles. But I do enjoy a puzzle, goal-oriented people, and if you don't quite fit into mainstream... You're in the right place.

What you can expect from me

Come as you are. You do not need the right words or a polished version of yourself here. Human beings learn through stories, and often the stories shared out loud begin the path toward healing. We'll typically begin doing so an hour per week. I keep a paced and encouraging flow. I have my animated days, and my listening mode days. Life curiosity has me seeking how to help along and build a life that feels like yours.
