Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician. Over the years I have successfully treated a wide variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, adjustment disorders and trauma. Mental health is equally as important as physical health and I will help you begin your journey to investing in yourself in order to find the best version of you and work through any of the stress or changes life has thrown your way.

My approach to therapy

I take a non-judgmental and person-centered approach as well as treat all of my clients with absolute and unconditional positive regard. I have a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT. Using these approaches, we will work together in a safe and nurturing environment to get you where you would like to be.

What you can expect from me

At our first session, you can expect to feel heard, validated and accepted without judgment. Every individual has their own specific needs and because of this, you can expect custom treatment planning with measurable goals and activities that we will work on together.
