With over 22 years of experience in the medical field as a double board-certified Adult and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring a deep, well-rounded understanding of how physical and mental health intersect. I work with adults and seniors (18+) who are navigating difficult seasons of life, offering a safe, judgment-free space to help you regain balance.
My approach is rooted in compassionate, human-centered care. I believe in your ability to grow and create meaningful change when given the right support and tools. In our sessions, we work as a team. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive, brief psychotherapy to address both symptoms and their underlying causes. I take the time to truly listen and understand your story so we can build a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and comfort level.
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, how you’ve been feeling, and what you’d like to get out of treatment. I’ll ask some questions about your health history and daily life so I can understand the bigger picture, and you’ll have plenty of time to share what’s most important to you.
By the end of our visit, we’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you, which may include medication, therapy, or other supports. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
