Great to meet you!

As a practitioner, I work with individuals who find themselves at a crossroads, feeling, uncertain, or yearning for deeper meaning in their lives. My ideal clients are those who may be grappling with questions around substance use, identity and purpose, navigating emotional or relational difficulties, facing major life transitions, or recovering from painful life experiences. They’re not looking for quick fixes, they want to feel truly seen, heard, and understood without judgment. They seek a healing journey that honors who they are, supports their healing process, and empowers them to make meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in guiding individuals through their journeys of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth by drawing on Jungian, Humanistic, and a Strength-Based Eclectic approaches. By providing a supportive environment; you can explore your inner world, connect with your authentic self, uncover your strengths and embrace your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

I understand that taking the first step towards seeking help can feel daunting, especially when you're facing uncertainty, pain, or a sense of being stuck. It’s completely normal to feel hesitant or unsure about where to start. But you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
