Beginning therapy can be intimidating and often overwhelming. With over 30 years of experience in mental health treatment, I provide person-centered treatment, trauma-informed care, and strength-based therapy techniques. I apply complementary therapy approaches including, but not limited to: cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, psycho-dynamic and narrative therapy. Together we can work to dismantle maladaptive behaviors and beliefs that negatively influence overall wellness.
