Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I have a particular passion for working with individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and the emotional journey of becoming or growing a family. I understand that these experiences can bring grief, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotions that are difficult to put into words.

My goal is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and provide practical tools and emotional support to help you move forward. You don’t have to navigate this chapter alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and centered around you. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can be honest about what you’re feeling without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I use evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to what feels most helpful for you. I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, grief, anxiety, and the emotional transitions that come with building a family.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with loss, adjusting to motherhood, or simply needing a place to process everything you’re carrying, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, understood, and supported.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is pretty simple: we’ll talk, get to know each other, and figure out what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to have the “right” things to say or have everything figured out before you walk through the door.

I’m pretty laid-back and easy to talk to, but I’m also direct. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll help you work through things, challenge you when it’s helpful, and be honest with you along the way.

Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll figure out together what you need, what you want to work on, and how I can help you get there.
