Great to meet you!

My name is Jennifer, and I am a Veteran of the U.S. ARMY. I became a therapist after I spent a few years overseas and realized that there was a vast need for therapists that have had life experiences in this area. I am passionate about therapy and work well with prior military and LEOs. I have a significant amount of training and clinical application in Couples/relationship therapy and specialize in LGBTQ+ relationships.

My approach to therapy

I tend to be direct and solution focused in therapy. We are a team, working on whatever it is that you feel is the issue at hand. I believe in recovery and living your life to its fullest.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me will be a lot of work, but worth it! If you are ready to make a change in your life and take charge, then we will be a great fit!
