Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with a background in psychiatry and mental health care, specializing in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I bring over six years of experience helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys with evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs.

I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on psychiatric care and have extensive training in medication management, psychotherapy, and holistic approaches to mental wellness. My approach to treatment is collaborative, aiming to empower my clients with the tools and support they need to achieve lasting well-being.

I am especially passionate about working with women’s mental health, including perinatal care, as well as supporting those experiencing life transitions, caregiver stress, and chronic health conditions. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I work to establish a warm, encouraging, and nonjudgmental space where clients can freely explore their feelings, ideas, and experiences. Because I use a client-centered approach, I meet you where you are and customize your care to match your unique needs and objectives. We'll work together to establish a therapeutic alliance based on cooperation, respect, and trust.I place a strong emphasis on providing holistic care in my practice, which addresses mental health issues as well as their relationships to physical health and general well-being. By incorporating evidence-based therapies, such as psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle modifications, we'll strive for long-lasting results that promote your long-term development and recovery.

What you can expect from me

My ultimate objective is to provide you the tools and support you require in order to feel understood, empowered, and capable of leading the life you have always wanted.
