I am am a board certified PMHNP. I provide integrative and holistic psychiatric and mental healthcare.

My approach to therapy

I offer a integrative perspective when working with my patients. I take a holistic and integrative approach which includes psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications and intentional medication management. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief & bereavement, trauma, disordered eating, PMDD and women's sexual health issues, postpartum, LGBTQ and young adult life transition. I utilize theories and concepts related to radical acceptance, mindfulness and somatic based approaches in my work with patients.

Patients can expect a warm and supportive therapeutic style that is collaborative and patient centered. Lifestyle modifications as it relates to diet, sleep, stress reduction and exercise are an integral part of my treatment planning in addition to medication, when appropriate.
