Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Masters in Social Work in 2009. I have spent most of my time since then working with the adolescent/teen and adult population in a clinical setting, but have also worked in home-based and school settings. I have experience working with a wide range of populations including those with trauma, lgbtq, substance use, family issues, immigration/cultural diverse, depression, anxiety, S/I, NSSI, eating disorders, relational issues, and other daily stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is always to listen and focus on the areas you want to work to strengthen and any problems that keep you from living your best life. Whether its past or current stress or trauma, worries about what may come in the future, my goal will be to empower you to realize your dreams/ goals and feel better able to manage and cope with daily stress.

What you can expect from me

When we meet, I will listen to and validate your concerns and make sure you can trust and move forward in the therapeutic process. Sometimes problems compound and feel like the mountain is too hard to climb. But all mountains have another side, and I want to work with you to make sure you get to where things feel lighter and your confidence returns.
