Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Bay Area in California. My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. The therapeutic techniques I employ are rooted in the latest research, designed to help you gain the tools and confidence to face life’s challenges. I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me and how I can assist in improving your overall wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

In addition to evidenced based therapies such as CBT, ACT and DBT, I integrate Gestalt and Humanistic-based approaches to foster self-awareness, self-acceptance, and authentic connections. I have additional training and certifications in LGBT affirmative psychotherapy. I am also trained by the Gottman Institute to provide evidenced-based support for intimate partnerships. My holistic perspective promotes deep healing and personal growth, and therapy is always tailored to your own unique needs..

What you can expect from me

Whether working with individuals seeking personal growth or couples striving for healthier communication and stronger relationships, I believe that a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals is essential.
