Great to meet you!

Life has a way of asking more of us than we ever imagined. Sometimes we find ourselves carrying anxiety that never seems to quiet, grief that lingers, relationships that leave us questioning our worth, or simply the weight of trying to hold everything together.

Whether you’re navigating a season of uncertainty or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you. You deserve a space where your experiences are deeply respected, your strengths are recognized, and your healing is nurtured with patience, intention, and genuine care. My hope is that, over time, you’ll leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little stronger, and more connected to the person you were always meant to be.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand the underlying patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how they relate to themselves and the world around them.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both science and humanity. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and holistic, person-centered care to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem, and the emotional demands of everyday life. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your ability to respond rather than react, and build practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

I believe every person carries an inner wisdom that can become difficult to hear beneath fear, pain, or the expectations of others. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to help you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels most authentic, grounded, and alive. Healing doesn’t erase your story , it transforms the way you carry it. Sessions may include learning concrete strategies for managing life’s challenges while also creating space for deeper insight, personal growth, and connection to what brings purpose and meaning to your life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a beginning; a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a relationship grounded in trust, safety, and authenticity. There is no pressure to have all the answers or know exactly where to start. You are welcome to come exactly as you are.

We’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and explore a path forward that feels aligned with your unique needs and values. I hope you leave our first meeting with a sense of relief, a little more clarity, and the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Healing doesn’t happen all at once, but every meaningful journey begins with a single step.
