Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents and adults in private practice. I specialize in helping people with anxiety, grief, life transitions, school issues and relationships. I am a parent and an educator, pursuing my own growth and learning. I seek to understand where you are personally and what you value. My goal is to provide a space that feels safe and where you feel seen, known and heard.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are and at a pace that feels right for you. I am open, respectful and check in with you often as this is your time. I incorporate a holistic approach, bringing in humor, bibliotherapy, art and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to leave our sessions with a greater understanding of themselves and alternative ways of considering and seeing life circumstances. Therapy is a hopeful place and I want my clients to know they are not alone as they are explore new ways of seeing and being.
