With expertise in CBT, DBT, Exposure & Response Prevention, and Behavior Modification, Jen specializes in helping children, teens, adults, and parents manage anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I take a direct, solutions-oriented approach, helping clients cut through the noise and take actionable steps toward healing. I believe that therapy should be practical, goal-driven, and empowering, equipping individuals with the tools they need to manage life’s challenges effectively.

What you can expect from me

Using CBT, DBT, Behavior Modification, ERP (when indicated) and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma (CPT), I work with children, teens, adults, and parents to:

  • Identify thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, stress, or emotional dysregulation
  • Develop coping strategies that are realistic and sustainable in daily life
  • Improve communication skills to set boundaries and navigate relationships
  • Build resilience through mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-awareness

I provide honest, supportive feedback while guiding my clients toward measurable progress. My goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and emotional strength—so you can break free from patterns that no longer serve you.

Change is possible, and I’m here to help you take the next step.
