Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're dealing with anxiety, stress, family conflict, grief, or anger. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with 8 years of experience providing therapy and more than 20 years working with children, teens, adults, and families across schools, community programs, and clinical settings. I work with clients who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to manage difficult emotions and life stressors.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Together, we focus on building skills that help you manage challenges in everyday life.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with mindfulness, relaxation strategies, and practical coping tools to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and equipped to handle life’s challenges.

Everyone’s path is different, and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while building on your existing strengths.

Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult—but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. I’m here to support you as you work toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I meet you where you are and focus on the strengths you already bring into therapy. Feeling truly heard—without judgment—is a powerful part of healing, and I strive to create a space where you can speak openly and feel understood. When helpful, I incorporate trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) along with practical coping skills to support healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive space for you to share what’s been going on in your life. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I’ll also ask some questions about your background, current stressors, and strengths so I can better understand your experiences. There is no pressure to share everything right away—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss possible next steps so you leave with a clearer sense of how we can work together to support your growth and healing.
