I have been a nurse for almost 30 years, a nurse practitioner for almost 8, and have now decided to focus on mental health. I am passionate about helping my patients achieve balance in their lives and utilize a holistic and all-encompassing approach. The same therapies and medications do not work for all patients. I am here to help guide you to the plan that works for you! I am LGBTQA+ friendly.

I am laid back and transparent. I take a down to earth approach as we explore options that fit. I try to use humor, when appropriate, and I treat you like I would treat a family member.

Clients can expect a provider invested in their health and wellbeing. I give tangible suggestions and guide to care. We will come up with a plan together - as I believe we are a team tackling mental health challenges together.
