Great to meet you!

I am genuine, compassionate, and dedicated to meeting you where you are on your journey. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free environment where your voice matters. I honor your unique experiences and am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, respect, and encouragement. My approach is collaborative and personalized, drawing on my expertise and lived experience as a Black female clinician and veteran. I am here to support you, advocate for you, and help you discover your strengths as we work together toward your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I blend evidence-based practices—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered techniques—to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting change. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your lived experiences, and empowering you to set your own goals. Together, we’ll work at your pace in a safe, supportive environment that values your voice and your strengths.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and discussing your goals for therapy. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Together, we’ll start building a trusting partnership and explore how I can best support you as you move forward.
