My psychiatric experience includes adolescents at NewYork-Presbyterian's Westchester Behavioral Health Center and adults, adolescents, and children at Four Winds Hospital in Katonah. I have an MSN from Hunter College, a BSN from Pace University, and a BA in psychology from Harvard University.
My focus is on care for the whole person, helping to reduce obstacles and clear a path for the natural tendency to heal and grow. In many cases, medications can be helpful, with therapy frequently having the most impact. I will draw on a variety of therapeutic modalities in our work together, tailored to to the needs and style of the individual.
