Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and I have been working in the field for 9 years. I have worked in a variety of setting including an inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital, a residential substance use treatment center, and private practice. I work primarily with adults 18 and older.

My approach to therapy

Every person has the strength within them to succeed, and I will work with you find your strengths and develop healthy ways to cope with life's difficulties. I will work to create a non-judgemental and open atmosphere so that you can comfortably share the struggles you are facing. You and I will work collaboratively to set your goals and work towards you creating a happy and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

While you and I are working together, I will create a warm environment with the hopes that you will share your innermost emotions and thoughts with me. I would like you to feel a sense of relief and empowerment through our sessions as we uncover your strengths and build your self-confidence.
