Great to meet you!

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, which helps me bring a grounded, compassionate presence to therapy.

I work with adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, heal old patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.

I believe therapy should feel human, supportive, and collaborative — a place where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out to begin.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. I work at your pace, focusing on emotional safety and practical change. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor therapy to your needs, strengths, and goals.

I will help you understand how past experiences may be impacting your present lives while also building tools to improve day-to-day functioning, emotional regulation, and self-trust. My style is warm, compassionate, and grounded — I aim to help you feel supported while also gently moving toward growth and insight.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a gentle starting point. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been feeling hard, and what you’d like to change or strengthen in your life.

I aim to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are — no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful, and you’ll leave with a clearer sense of what working together could look like.
