Great to meet you!

Are you moving through a life transition, emotional pain, or feeling stuck? In a world that rushes us forward, I offer a space to slow down, process, and begin healing. I’m dedicated to supporting adults through life’s transitions—both big and small.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, focusing on deep healing that honors your unique experiences and inner resilience.

What you can expect from me

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic and depth-oriented. I show up with warmth and am interactive in session. I use a variety of modalities depending on what is present- including cognitive tools for difficult thoughts as well as IFS, somatic experiencing and meditation to integrate difficult emotions with calm and clarity. We heal on many levels. Intake starts with a 1 hour psychosocial assessment to help me get a detailed picture of the context of your life experience. I am drawn to a variety of clients- but especially people who are open to being vulnerable and willing to take a look at their internal world. Curiosity is the key to growth and healing and I enjoy being with people who are curious.
