Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adults. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo and have clinical experience in outpatient psychiatry, inpatient, and detox settings. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mood-related conditions, using a collaborative, patient-centered approach to support each client's individual goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based. I take time to understand each client's concerns, history, and goals, and I believe treatment works best when decisions are made together. I focus on thoughtful evaluation, education, and medication management when appropriate, while creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space that promotes long-term stability and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive and supportive psychiatric evaluation. We will discuss current concerns, symptoms, personal history, and treatment goals in a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment. Together, we will review potential diagnoses and treatment options, and when appropriate, begin developing a personalized plan that supports clarity, stability, and next steps in care.
