Great to meet you!

As an LPC-Supervisor with more than 20 years of experience, I have worked with clients across educational, hospital, and crisis intervention settings. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with attachment-based perspectives to help clients better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, self-worth, and grief, and I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

I enjoy working with adults, teens, and couples, and I believe meaningful change happens through connection, insight, and practical tools that support healing both inside and outside of therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with attachment-based perspectives to help clients better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, self-worth, and grief, and I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I help clients explore how past experiences and relationships shape their emotions, patterns, and sense of self through a trauma-focused attachment approach. I use the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to measure changes in depression and anxiety levels.

Together, we work toward reducing anxiety, improving self-worth, strengthening relationships, and developing practical tools for lasting emotional wellness.
