Great to meet you!

I embody compassion. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a National Certified Counselor. I've worked in inpatient, residential programs, outpatient, in-home services, and schools. I have supported children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I helped people manage despair, depression, anxiety, and substance use challenges.

My approach to therapy

I value creating a space where clients feel safe and comfortable. At the core of my practice is collaborative approach, using Person-centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I support clients as they explore their reasons for wanting to make changes and work toward achieving their goals. We will work together to explore emotions, thoughts, and patterns of behaviors. I provide support and encouragement with implementing tools and skills that target unhelpful thought patterns or behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a combination of practical tools and meaningful self-discovery when working with me. From the first session, my focus is on establishing a supportive and collaborative relationship. Our initial conversation provides a chance to discuss your goals, explore challenges, and outline how we can work together effectively. I’m committed to walking alongside you throughout this journey, offering encouragement and guidance every step of the way.
