Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker in the states of Kentucky and Indiana. I'm a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who is also trauma-informed. This means I work with neurodivergent clients by honoring their unique nervous system without stigmatizing how they’ve failed to live up to society’s expectations of what’s “normal.”

My approach to therapy

As your therapist, I assist to clarify your goals and honor your inherent power to heal. Rather than being drawn to one modality, I look at all individuals, the environment and the situation and draw on a number of approaches. I believe the therapeutic alliance is the most important aspect to healing and encourage my clients to openly discuss their experience in therapy.

What you can expect from me

As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life and has recovered from burnout, I can say there is a different way to approach life that honors who we are and doesn’t brow beat us to conform. In our work together, we'll focus on self care, mindfulness, and reframing beliefs that keep us stuck in negative patterns. As you give yourself what you need, your compassion for self and others leads to greater peace. You know that whatever happens in life, you can handle it.
