Great to meet you!

If you are navigating stress, anxiety, or a major life transition, you don't have to figure it out alone. My name is Jen, and I’m a licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15+ years of experience in crisis and hospital settings. I help clients manage the moments when life feels completely overwhelming. In our sessions, you can expect a calm, patient environment where we can even find moments to laugh together. I focus on building a genuine connection—not running through a clinical checklist—so we can collaboratively help you find your footing.

My approach to therapy

I provide a highly casual, natural environment where you can drop your filters and comfortably be yourself. My integrative, person-centered practice focuses heavily on mindfulness and utilizes the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). By tailoring these foundational approaches to your unique needs, we work together to reframe unhelpful thought patterns and build lasting coping strategies. This adaptable, balanced framework empowers my clients to achieve meaningful growth at a pace that feels natural to them.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on creating a warm, welcoming space where you can fully be yourself and open up at your own pace. I understand that building trust takes time, and I am here to provide that patient, supportive environment for you to comfortably unfold. Our primary goal is to help you find a sense of peace, balance, and clarity. Together, we will collaboratively set your therapeutic goals at the beginning, letting them naturally guide the timeframe of our work.
