My therapeutic approach is looking at the whole person first and being open and honest about our therapeutic fit. Coupled with building trust and being a part of your team to help you discover or reignite with yourself. To provide guidance and support to assist in you setting and achieving your goals, identifying your needs and your desires to support you living the most fulfilling moments possible.
