My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative. We will work together to identify and help you achieve your goals. I am friendly, warm, non-judgmental and kind but also direct as I find this blend to be the most effective!

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if it feels like a good fit. I always like to start with a detailed history and an understanding of who you are and the background you are coming in with. Come as you are and we will go from there! My practice is open and inclusive to all identities and I aim to provide a safe, affirming, and empowered space.
