Great to meet you!

Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting both adolescents and adults as they build self awareness, develop coping skills, and grow more resilient through change and personal growth. Whatever brought you here, my hope is to help you feel more grounded, understood, and confident in yourself. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to figure it out alone, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around you. I believe healing begins in a safe, trusting relationship where you feel truly seen, heard, and respected. Together, we’ll work to better understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building on the strengths you already carry within you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance for me to get to know you and understand what you need most. It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous, and I promise I’ll never push you to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll be right there to guide you. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
