Great to meet you!

** As of July 9, 2026, I have two openings available — Tuesday at 12:30pm and Thursday at 2pm. If either time works well for you, please feel free to schedule a consultation so we can connect. **

Congratulations on taking an important first step in helping yourself live a happier, healthier life. I've proudly been in the helping profession as a LPC and LCADC for over 25 years, working with people who are either thinking about or wanting to make changes in their lives. I work with adults with mental health and addiction issues as well as people experiencing overwhelming emotions that prevent them from living their best lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open and honest with a strengths based focus. Not everyone is immediately ready to change and I respect that. I'm here to listen, taking your lead, as you begin the journey of creating the life you want. For additional information, please visit my website: https://osfcounseling.com/

What you can expect from me

HOPE! You'll end session with a sense of hope that you're able to achieve the goals you set. The goals are your own and I'm here to help create steps for how you're going to achieve them.
