Jennifer Downey Wolcott

I was raised by a single mom and I am the middle of three sisters. I am married with three grown children and one fluffy dog. I have worked in the field for over ten years in every level of care (inpatient, outpatient, group, intensive outpatient programs, federal research grants, etc.). My style is engaging and non judgmental. I believe you are the expert on you and I am here to help you navigate towards your defined goals in a positive and affirming way.

I have a very engaging, conversational style and my work with my clients is highly collaborative and supportive.

In our first session we will get through the initial onboarding of our intake, but I will also make sure to hold aside time to talk about what you want to work on in therapy, your goals, find out how you are doing, and allow time for you to ask me any questions on our process etc.
