Hello! My name is Jen! I am a therapist with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in Western New York. I have a background in teaching but found my home in social work and graduated with my Masters of Social Work. I really value building a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients and look forward to meeting you!

During our first session we will discuss what is bringing you in, what your best hopes for therapy are, and how I can best support you. You don't need to prepare or have any answers. Just come as you are. Together we'll create a plan to help you reach your goals.
