Great to meet you!

I specialize in medication management for mental health. As a Nurse Practitioner board certified in both Psychiatric Mental Health and as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I have been trained to view the whole person when determining treatment.

My approach to therapy

I currently work in Women's health and Mental health, but have worked with most demographics. I like to get to know my clients and find ways to help their mental health in a way that focuses on the whole self, at a level they are comfortable with.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an intake appointment, reviewing past psychiatric and physical health, family history, and getting a full picture of health, lifestyle, problems, and goals.
