I am a licensed SW, LICSW since 2022. I live in a small town in Eastern Washington with my family. I love spending time with my family and experiencing nature. I chose to be a counselor because I know what it is like to experience life challenges and have difficulty with the heaviness of it all.

Currently I am providing telehealth counseling to people 13 and over in Washington state. I have seven years experience as a mental health counselor and over 10 as a case manager. I offer compassionate therapy using evidence based practices.

My approach to therapy

I have a holistic approach to therapy. I primarily use CBT, DBT and MI but am eclectic. Strengths based perspective.
