Great to meet you!

You’re used to holding everything together but lately, it’s starting to feel like too much.

On the outside, things may look “fine,” but internally you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. You may be navigating stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or patterns that no longer feel sustainable.

I work with adults, couples, and children who are trying to make sense of their emotions and experiences. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves overthinking, carrying too much, or unsure how to move forward. I also support couples who want to improve communication and connection, and parents who are seeking support for their child.

In our work together, I focus on creating a space that feels both safe and real where you can be honest, feel supported, and also gently challenged when needed. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded, helping you better understand your patterns, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a more aligned version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, and emotionally focused strategies. I help clients identify patterns, shift unhelpful thought cycles, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I’m direct but compassionate, and I believe that while insight is important, meaningful change also requires practical tools and intentional action. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences may be influencing your present and develop strategies that feel realistic and aligned with your life.

Whether you’re an individual working through personal challenges, a couple looking to improve communication and connection, or a parent seeking support for your child, my goal is to help you feel more clear, confident, and emotionally grounded.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s okay if you’re not sure where to begin. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes at your own pace.

If this resonates with you, I’d be happy to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit.
