Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I received my Masters degree from Loyola University of Chicago and received my certification in psychoanalysis at The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. I approach my work with a genuine curiosity, emotional presence, and a deep respect for each person's unique story.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a thoughtful, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we can work to deepen self understanding, address emotional difficulties at their roots, and foster lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms. My goal is to help you develop greater insight, resilience, and a more authentic and fulfilling way of living.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you while paying attention to both your immediate concerns and the deeper patterns that may be shaping your experiences.

My role is to provide a safe, thoughtful, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, explore your experiences with curiosity, and begin working toward meaningful, lasting change.
