Hello, I am glad you are here! Since 2003 I have been treating both adults and children in a wide variety of therapeutic settings in both CA and Vermont. I have an MS in Counseling from CSUH, and I am currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Vermont. I also practiced as an LMFT in the State of CA for more than 15 years, before moving with my family to New England in 2016. I am so glad to be here and love what I do!
I currently offer psychotherapy services for adults and couples who are struggling with a variety of concerns. I offer specialized services for perinatal women and families with children age 0-6. I utilize a combination of attachment focused, client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused modalities to support the achievement of your therapeutic goals. With more than 25 years of clinical experience I have acquired a formidable skill-set, and the ability to utilize it creatively.
