Great to meet you!

Weclome to my page. I am Jennifer Enders, a Licensed Professional Counselor offering telehealth counseling services in Arizona. I hold a B.S. degree in Psychology (2001) and an M.A. degree in Counseling (2006). With over 22 years of experience providing mental health services, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice. I am a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher. My passion is to incorporate these practices into my counseling work.

My counseling philosophy is based on the premise that people know themselves best and possess the inner strength and wisdom to heal. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to heal. Together, we explore belief systems and how these may impact emotions, behaviors, and overall mental health symptoms.

I provide counseling for people that are experiencing a wide range of symptoms. I work with people to manage anxiety, depression, transitions, self esteem, relationships, communication, boundaries, burnout, and stress. I also work with those with traumatic histories, chronic medical issues, and compassion fatigue.

I am Rostered in Child parent Psychotherapy. I provide counseling for people with concerns relate to maternal mental health, pre and post natal mental health, bonding and attachment , and parenting.

I practice with an eclectic approach designed to be individualized for client needs. I utilize methods from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Infomed Care, Person Centered, and Mindfulness Practices.

I am married and we have 1 daughter and a family of fur babies. I enjoy reading, yoga, walks, family time, and time in nature. I have my own meditation practice and honor the importance of self care and work life balance.

Reach out today with any questions or feel free to schedule an intake. You have taken the first step to getting some support—you are brave and you can do hard things.

Warmly, Jen
