Hi there! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing various complex mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorder.
I use a combination of medication management and talk therapy to create a solid plan for my patients, and make sure that they know what their treatment plan is. Patients should expect to walk out of the first session with an actionable treatment plan and feel heard and respected.
Through both medication management and talk therapy my patients are provided holistic care. I specialize in mood disorders which can be difficult, however with patience and providing holistic care treatment goals are obtainable. Also, I work with those adults who are living with weight gain due to their medication therapy, avoiding metabolic issues.
