Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jennifer, an LMFT in California and a registered Telehealth provider in Florida (license #TPMF1802). With over 15 years of clinical experience, I help individuals, adults, couples, and families who may look like they have everything together on the outside, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change.

I specialize in anxiety, ADHD and executive functioning, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with high-functioning adults who are used to being the dependable one, the professional, parent, partner, or person everyone else turns to, but are tired of overthinking, carrying too much, or constantly feeling “on.”

My background includes inpatient psychiatric care, crisis stabilization, addiction treatment, residential treatment, PHP/IOP programs, and private practice. This experience allows me to work comfortably with both everyday challenges & more complex concerns while seeing the whole person, not simply a diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and practical. I don’t want you to spend every session talking about what happened during the week without developing tools to create meaningful change.

Depending on your needs, I integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, and solution-focused therapy. For ADHD and executive-functioning concerns, we may also work on concrete strategies for organization, time management, routines, procrastination, emotional regulation, and follow-through.

When past experiences continue to influence how you feel or react today, EMDR can help us address the underlying experiences rather than only managing the symptoms they create. With couples and families, I help identify recurring patterns, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and create healthier ways of responding to one another.

Treatment is personalized, we’ll focus on what is actually happening in your life and choose strategies that make sense for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who is warm, engaged, straightforward, and genuinely present with you. I’ll listen carefully and validate what you’re experiencing, but I’ll also help you recognize patterns, make connections, and practice new ways of responding.

Our sessions are a place where you don’t have to perform, have the perfect answer, or hold everything together. My goal is for you to leave therapy understanding yourself more clearly and feeling increasingly capable of handling difficult emotions, decisions, relationships, and everyday stress.

Over time, I want therapy to help you feel calmer in your body, clearer in your thinking, more confident in your decisions, less reactive, and more connected to yourself and the people who matter to you.

If you’re looking for a therapist who combines compassion with practical strategies and meaningful therapeutic work, I’d be happy to connect.
