Great to meet you!

I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years, working for the last 7 years in outpatient therapy. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University, followed by my licensed in Professional Counseling. My training in CBT, DBT & CPT allows me to work specifically well with those with Anxiety, Depression and in life transitions.

My approach to therapy

It is my hope for clients that as I join them in their journey toward discovering peace and contentment, I offer support by giving skills that work and empowering them to take action toward change. I enjoy building real, authentic relationship with my clients where they can trust the therapeutic relationship enough to deepen insight into their own wants and needs. This helps clients feel more authentic to themselves in their work, relationships and lives.

What you can expect from me

I hope clients leave session feeling more understood, supported and empowered to change what they can in their lives and feel more at peace with the things they can't.
