Great to meet you!

With 18 years experience working in all areas of mental health, I have a comprehensive understanding of how our emotions and behaviors are changed by our environments. Although our genes predispose us to symptoms, how we interact with our environments determines how those symptoms reveal themselves. Learning to manage who we are with what we have is the key to maintaining optimal health and wellness for a fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I offer a unique approach to healing from the inside out focusing on nutrition and wellness first and offering adjunctive treatments through medication management.

What you can expect from me

A whole person treatment, unique to their individual needs with a new understanding of how all the things we say, do, relate and ingest effects how we feel and perform.
