Great to meet you!

I work with adults and adolescents navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mood-related concerns. I also support individuals and couples working through communication challenges, emotional struggles, anger, and feelings of isolation. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in your own growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empathetic and collaborative, combining compassion with thoughtful questions that help you explore patterns, gain new perspectives, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches to help you build practical tools for managing difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe everyone’s experiences deserve to be understood, and my goal is to help you feel more accepting of yourself while creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to share your story, discuss what has brought you to therapy, and begin identifying what you hope to work toward. I aim to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable expressing yourself at your own pace. We’ll begin exploring your experiences and goals together, laying the foundation for a collaborative therapeutic relationship that supports your individual needs.
