Great to meet you!

I am Jen! ( She, Her) and I specialize in eating disorders, addiction, depression, and anxiety. I've helped clients experiencing crises, including suicidality, navigating life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma. I've always had a passion for helping others and giving back to the world. I was drawn to the mental health field and am passionate about helping my clients overcome life obstacles and become the people they want to be.

My approach to therapy

I'm passionate about helping you discover the tools within yourself. I believe you are the expert in your own life, so I use a person-centered approach. I integrate trauma-informed, solution-focused interventions and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help you shift negative self-talk, reprocess trauma, and improve coping skills.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and gathering information about why you're seeking therapy and what to expect. The first session is important for rapport-building and establishing a therapeutic connection. I encourage you to think of questions you may have for me.
