Great to meet you!

With 10 years of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, my approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.

I am trained in using Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based, non-pathologizing model that helps you better understand and connect with the different “parts” of yourself. Together, we’ll explore the protective roles these parts play, gently work through past wounds, and strengthen your core sense of self.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. I believe healing happens at your pace, and therapy is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you're coping with the impact of past trauma, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or struggling with low mood, I’m here to help you build insight, resilience, and lasting change

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you will leave sessions feeling a stronger sense of awareness, and connectedness to your authentic self. This usually brings improved emotional states along with it.

I look forward to working with you!
