Great to meet you!
I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood as you process your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and create real and meaningful, change.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I work with all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, ADHD, chronic stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Westfield State University and use an integrative, trauma-informed and somatic approach tailored to each person's unique needs. I have experience working in outpatient communities, residential programming, in-home therapy, inpatient, correctional, and telehealth settings.
My passion for this work is also shaped by my own journey. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to take the first step toward healing. That experience deepened my empathy and strengthened my belief that recovery is possible. It allows me to meet clients with genuine compassion, hope, and respect for the unique path each person takes toward healing.
